:::...DerelicT...ConcepT...::: ha un proprio sistema scolastico per fornire ai suoi collabotori la formazione di miglior qualità. Abbiamo diversi corsi e programmi per soddisfare ogni livello di conoscenza per far sì che tutti raggiungano i migliori standard. Solo gli studenti più competitivi e completi raggiungeranno il diploma e guidati sino alle porte di una brillante carriera.
Dal momento che noi lavoriamo maggiormente nel campo della moda, abbiamo numerosi Corsi per Modelli.
Offriamo corsi base per principianti, corsi base per chi avesse una esperienza minima, corsi medioavanzati ed avanzati per modelli esperti o già diplomati, e lezioni mirate per modelli con particolari esigenze e attitudini.
Abbiamo in programma anche lezioni di fotografia, editing immagini, management, stampa, coordinatori sfilate e covì via.

Per accedere ai nostri corsi si sosterrà una prima intervista-colloquio per conoscersi meglio, ed un test di ammissione. Solo gli studenti non principianti o che hanno già conseguito altri diplomi sosterranno il test di ammissione, per essere inseriti nel corso di livello a loro più adatto.
I corsi si svolgeranno 24/7, su appuntamento tra l'insegnante e lo studente.
Ogni corso avrà un massimo di 5 studenti.
Ogni lezione durerà 2 ore.

:::...DCT Casting generals

:::...DerelicT...ConcepT...::: has a unique and accurate way to select its collaborators and employee.
The most popular way to join our team, except schooling and passing the final exams, is to participate in castings.
There are different positions you may acceed by casting.
DCT Model - Employeed in the Agency
DCT Guest Model - Employeed just for a special event
DCT Star Model - Models who completed schooling and have obtained high marks during their final casting

Casting calls are provided when we have special events, print magazines, other commissions. There may be open calls, for guests or to increase the number of our employeed models. And there may be closed calls, only for models who has already been employeed.
A casting usually base itself on a breif interview, a couple of styling and posing excercises and - if needed for the job - a catwalk. Different jobs may have different priorities during the castings, a notecard with informations will be provided and all candidates have to follow its specifics.
We offer our clients only the best and we require the best from all our employees.

All the other positions are usually closed and may be open calls to fill them up if needed.

:::...DCT School and Academy

:::...DerelicT...ConcepT...::: has its own schooling system to provide their employee the best quality education. We have different courses and programs to satisfy each level of knowledge and bring all to the best standards. Only competitive individuals will be graduated and brought to the begin of a shining career.
As we mainly work in the fashion world, we have plenty of Modeling Classes.
We offer basic courses for beginners, basic courses with models with few experience, advanced and middleadvanced courses for experienced or graduated models, and special classes designed for models with special needs and attitudes.
We do offer classes such as photography, image editing, management, press, runway coordinator and so on.

Schooling is based on a get-to-know-each-other interview first, and then an evaluation test. Only non beginners and already graduated students will be evaluated to place them in the best courses for them.
Courses will be held 24/7, on appointment between the teacher and the student.
Classes have a maximum of 5 students.
Each lesson is approximately 1/1.5 hours long.

- students of these Academy must have completed a previous schooling and obtained a certificate
